This collection of 1975 – 1982 Germany used stamps is approximately 50% complete. The blue 18 ring binder is in excellent condition showing very little signs of wear. There are 38 hingless pages that hold 261 used stamps. The album is housed in a blue dust cover. The dust cover shows signs of heavy wear and has been mended with tape.This would be a great collection to build upon. This collection would also be a great addition to your collection.
